Greater Toronto Airport Authority uses predictive maintenance solutions from IBM to efficiently maintain its assets.
“Our technicians love what they do, and they love seeing what they can do when we bring in technology such as Watson Analytics and all the data that we have. It definitely can make their job a lot easier and a lot faster, and that positively impacts our customers. The quicker we can get in and fix a baggage system, the quicker we can get out and keep those bags flowing.
